Description

The redesign of Council One. Not much difference from the first one though, just making her uniform a little shorter and remove the long sleeves-less coat for extra mobility. Also...I redesign the blaster. Still suck at guns but this is the closest I can get. ....should have add the revolver...:facepalm:
